Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

Customer is responsible for a clear path and space so the new items can be delivered.If the space is not clear, fees will apply or you can choose curbside delivery. If the items do not fit into the home - The customer may return the items. The delivery fee will not be refunded, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

 

Return Policy

In-stock Case Goods, Lighting, Decor & Accessories with receipt have up to 10 days from original purchase date for full credit refund. Returns made between 11 and 15 days after original purchase date receive a store credit. Returns with no receipt will not be accepted. All sale items are final. No returns are accepted on all special orders or seasonal merchandise. Customer is liable for the cost of shipping or moving items back to a domestic possessions store or warehouse.

Upholstery Returns: In-stock upholstery with receipt have up to 7 days from original purchase date for full credit refund. Special orders are non-returnable. Furniture merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable. No refunds are available. All sale items are final. If a special order item is approved for return it will be subject to a restocking fee. Fabrics are not guaranteed against wear, fading, clean ability, and pilling. C.O.M (Customers Own Material) Fabrics are not covered under any warranty, if service technician attention is needed on C.O.M orders, service would be on a charged basis.

To ensure merchandise is received in good condition, all furniture receives rigorous inspection at multiple points when preparing your furniture delivery. If you pick your furniture up yourself from our showroom, we ask that you inspect the item prior to taking possession.

In rare circumstances that merchandise arrives damaged during home delivery or is otherwise damaged prior to your possession, please notify our delivery staff or our customer service department of the damage. For furniture, our service department will make arrangements for a qualified repair technician to come to your home to inspect the damages. 

Estimated delivery times are based on past experience and do not constitute a firm promise. Occasionally deliveries are delayed due to manufacturing concerns beyond our control. It is our desire to make delivery to you at the earliest possible date. Delayed items do not qualify for waived delivery fees, refunds, or discounts.
